1. General Policy

All bookings, sessions, and services provided by Soul Honey Wellness are subject to this Refund Policy. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Coaching & Wellness Sessions

All coaching, wellness sessions, and consultations are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with appropriate notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) may not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Yoga, Workshops & Group Sessions

Payments for workshops, classes, and group sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If a session is canceled by Soul Honey Wellness, participants will be offered:

• a rescheduled date, or

• a credit toward a future session (if applicable)

4. Digital Products / Materials 

Any downloadable or digital materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Soul Honey Wellness.
